It is the true belief of the founder and staff of RescueFit that anyone can use its products or services. This includes any social-economic background, any race/creed/religion, and any age/height/weight. We have joined the cause of working towards building an inclusive future for everyone and thus hope to see our services being used by everyone and anyone that believes in our vision and values. If we are unable to accomodate your needs please inform us of how we can better offer a product or package and we will endeavour to source kit or re-write procedures to help you join us.
However.
RescueFit reserves the right to withold services from customers who it believes pose a significant threat to the community it works towards serving. At any time staff or customers feel concerned about an individual or group regarding the possibility of them using its products or services for the intention of causing harm to others a referal will be made to the necessary authorities.
Due to the risk of important operational information being dispersed to the wider public by the nature of its products and services RescueFit has taken steps to prevent this from happening in the form of revised SOP's and staff training. Therefore RescueFit and its staff reserve the right to withold pertenent information or knowledge from its customers where appropriate.

At RescueFit we take the health and safety of our clients, staff and wider community very serious. Which is why we have a robust risk Vs benefit assessment (RBA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that have been revised with Covid-19 in mind using the most up to date scientific guidance and advice from PHE and the NHS.
