Do You Do Nutrition Plans?
Brad can give advice and guidance on what and when to eat.
Will you train more than one person at a time?
Only if this is requested by yourself and you bring a friend. Price on application - just send a message for "doubles" sessions.
What qualifications does the instructor have?
Brad is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer as accredited by CIMPSA & A HCPC registered Paramedic.
What is your training approach or philosophy?

Do you offer personalised workout plans?
Every plan is personalised, we have many options to meet everyones individual circumstances.
What is the duration of each training session?
Single sessions last for 60 mins, this includes a progression from cold to warm and may include sit down discussions on performance and progression. Sessions booked with the subscription plans can be halved into 30 minute sessions to help the busy participants fit in their workouts however we believe a solid 60 minute session is the best way cover all the aims.
Are there any additional fees or costs beyond the session rates?
No.
VAT is included. There are NO booking fees.
Do I Have To Be Fit?
No. Even if you have never run, lifted, worked out or seen a dumbbell before, you have a place to start with us.
How old do you have to be?
All participants MUST be 16 years plus. Strength and conditioning advice and guidance under the age of 16 years should be conducted by a professional that has extra training in younger participant
How long have you been in the sports industry.
Brad has been working with the public in a sports and fitness role since 2009 when he operated as an activity instructor.
Can you accommodate specific fitness goals, such as weight loss or muscle gain?
Yes, no matter what your goal, we can help you achieve it. This could be body fat % reduction, muscle size increase, strength gains, conditioning etc.
What types of equipment do you have available?
Yes, no matter what your goal, we can help you achieve it. This could be body fat % reduction, muscle size increase, strength gains, conditioning etc.
What is your cancellation policy for training sessions?
Sessions can be cancelled up to an hour before starting. Booking a session must be done 24 hours in advance unless done via a messaging servcie.
