Subscription Payment Options
MOBILISE - One session per week
£120 per 4 weeks
Start here and meet Brad once a week for 60 minutes. Get FREE parking, FREE drinks & snacks, FREE towel use, FREE T-Shirt. Works out to be £30 per hour for a session and this will be managed with an online subscription. Work on your strength & conditioning goals at the RescueFit studio or do high intensity training and sweat it all out.
DEPLOYMENT - Two sessions per week
£210 per 4 weeks
Similar to the MOBILISE plan in terms of features, however you will meet Brad in the RescueFit studio twice per week for 120 minutes of strength & conditioning. Sessions are equal to £26.25 per hour. You still get all the FREE perks but with the added knowledge that by doubling up on your gains in the studio you can save time and have Brad to hold you accountable twice a week.

Do I Have To Be Fit?
What Is The Duration Of The Session?
No. Even if you have never run, lifted, worked out or seen a dumbbell before, you have a place to start with us.
Single sessions last for 60 mins, this includes a progression from cold to warm and may include sit down discussions on performance and progression.
How Old Do I Have To Be?
All participants MUST be 18 years plus. Strength and conditioning advice and guidance under the age of 18 years should be conducted by a professional that has extra training in younger participant
Do You Do Nutrition Plans?
Brad can give advice and guidance on what and when to eat but will not tell you exactly what to eat and when.
What If I Dont Like It?
What If I Want To Cancel?
If you don't like the sessions you can discuss the way we train to understand it or change the style of the session.
If you change your mind you can cancel the plan at any time and you will be refunded the previous months sessions.
Are There Additional Fees?
No. Other than the 4 weekly payment for the subscription there are no extra fees.
VAT is included. There are NO booking fees.
Will There Be Other People In The Gym
The RescueFit Studio is a Private space. Only if a 1:2 session is requested by yourself and you bring a friend. Price on application - just send a message for "doubles" sessions.
