CAZMAT is an innovative prehospital kneeling mat, providing a safe and comfortable surface that deploys around the supine patient. Its unique folding design allows for compact storage, and when opened, provides a waterproof, padded, and high-visibility treatment zone with space for three people to kneel.

Unlike traditional kneeling mats, Cazmat is specifically designed with clinicians and patients in mind. With its unique features, it allows responders to deliver excellent care in critical situations.

The unique folding design allows for compact storage, and when opened provides a waterproof, padded and high visibility treatment zone with space for three people to kneel. Attached are two clear sleeves for inserting guidelines or algorithms specific to user needs.
It is suggested for use in high acuity scenarios such as Cardiac Arrest and Major Trauma to provide the necessary scene safety, organisation and marginal gains to assist in the highest level of patient care. "

The unit size is 50 X 33 X 23 CM (20 X 13 X 9 IN). Internal space is big enough to fit ropes, helmet and hardware inside while the unit fits into overhead locker spaces on a plane.

The Lotus Tech Pack has 2 red 'contrast' handles designed for attaching to rope lines or crabs for hauling, these do not have ratings but are tough enough to be trusted for this purpose.
Does it come in more colours?
At this time the Lotus Tech Pack is not available in any other colours or formats from CMC. If this were to change we will update the page and be sure to make a lot of noise about the options.
