WHO CAN BOOK TRAINING SESSIONS?

Anyone that has a keen interest in progressing their future for themselves and for their families or communities. Our services are not limited to those serving in public emergency roles.

WHAT DO YOU USE TO HELP US PROGRESS?

RescueFit is dedicated to providing functional fitness using frontline standards and equipment. Our unique edge involves using the exact same equipment frontline services use to train and prepare for the most demanding of incidents.

WHERE CAN I BOOK OR TAKE PART IN A SESSION?

East of England - Essex, North London, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedford. Please contact us if you require services outside of these areas.

HOW IS RESCUEFIT DIFFERENT?

We are not a cross function fitness gym. We are not going to tell you its going to be easy or fast to reach your goals. RescueFit uses PPE and equipment that mimics real-world scenarios to provide users with physical fitness training that will put everyone to the test.

WHEN CAN I TAKE PART?

We understand life for many is not 9-5 or Mon-Fri so RescueFit aims to be there for when you need us. We offer sessions and packages at many times during a full working week, including weekends. Message us now with your ideas and requirements for us to work on a perfect time to train.

WHY DO YOUR TECHNIQUES WORK?

If you train by lifting weights, you will get good at lifting weights.


If you train to perform olympic power lifts at speed, you will get injured.

If you train using the kit and equipment that you intend to use when asked to perform under stress you will get good at using and performing with it. 

Fitness Bootcamps

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

You are able to pay for a one off session for £10

Subscribe to the Bootcamp Membership of £60 per month and attend as many sessions as you wish. This option comes with a 'FREE 7 Day Trial' and 'Cancel Anytime'.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO YOU RUN A WEEK?

In Harlow Town Park we run 6 sessions per week.

3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. Generally these fall Mon-Fri.

Morning Session 07:00 - 08:00

Evening Session 19:30 - 20:30

Delivery & Returns

DO I PAY EXTRA FOR DELIVERY?

No, not for UK postage. All items delivered to the UK come with FREE DELIVERY. Digital Downloads are sent via an email link.

WILL YOU EXCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, we follow all UK law/guidelines regarding trade return policies.
