Rescue Rangers® operates in Harlow Town Park with permission from Harlow Council.

Team 1 runs on Sundays* 10:00 - 10:45 & booking is essential.

Both adults & children must been booked on at £5 per person.

Children must be accompanied at all times due to the open nature of the park.
*Rescue Rangers® may not run every Sunday during 2023, however this is our target,

***Active Essex has provided a grant to RescueFit UK LTD to help support this session. Some Free attendances have been made available in the month of July to encourage participation as a result.

Key: Rescue Rangers® sessions are on Sundays at 10:00 am and booking is essential please. These are still subject to weather conditions in the extreme circumstances. Cancellations on our part (inc. due to weather) will result in payments being reimbursed. Max 20 participants per session.

Brad has an experienced background in both physical education/training and emergency medicine. Over a span of 7 years before joining the emergency services Brad met hundreds of kids & adults as an outdoor activity instructor. This has provided the perfect foundation for him to build RescueFit Rangers in Harlow and bring inspiration to its participants.

Frequently Asked Questions
CAN I LEAVE MY CHILD AND RETURN?
Unfortunately not, this is a stay & play session requiring adult participation and booking. We hope to encourage adults to join in with physical activities and take part just as much as the younger Rangers.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
If you have a RescueFit Training T-Shirt please wear this or wear sport, light weighted clothing appropriate for active participation.
WHERE DO WE MEET?
Please meet on the grass area in the centre of Harlow Town Park once you can walked or parked. A Rescue Rangers gazebo will be present to help you find us and a welcome email will contain further details.
HOW DO WE ENROL IN THE FELLOWSHIP?

Thank you for showing an interest in Rescue Rangers®! Please have a read of the following notes regarding our sessions;
1. Please arrive early enough at the location to park, get a carpark ticket if required and get to the session start area before the stated start time. This will allow for any delays or booking in additions.
2. If the session is run in a public place adults must be fully responsible and present with their children at all times. This is because a public place brings extra hazards.
3. Please inform the instructor of any changes or occurrences that may not be present on the disclaimer form. If you or your accompanying child have any special requirements now is the time to reiterate the need to the instructor.
4. CLOTHING - Wear suitable clothing and footwear. NO OPEN TOE FOOTWEAR.
5. FUEL / HYDRATION - Please ensure Rangers are suitably prepared for an active session. Participants are welcome, and encouraged, to have multiple sips of drink during the sessions although no food/drinks/snacks are provided by staff.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY - We encourage supporting your own young RescueFit Rangers by taking pictures of them and sharing their success however please be cautious and aware that others may not wish to be in your digital memories. All participants must sign a disclaimer form and decide to give consent or withdraw consent from appearing in RescueFit UK LTD digital media. Public sessions are held on Council managed public land where photography and videography is legal to do so long as the pictures/video are not indecent or where the subjects are not being harassed. Please make staff aware of any concerns you may have about unwanted attention or suspicious activity around the sessions.
7. Complaints / Compliments - Please contact admin@rescue-fit.com for any positive or negative feedback.
8. Safeguarding - Every child and adult matters to the organisation and we will be adhering to our policies and procedures to keep everyone safe.
9. Toilets - There are public toilets on site however they are managed by the Council and their contractors.
10. Emergency or Medical Event - We have emergency action plans and first aid equipment near by for any instance of an unplanned event and it will be documented accordingly.
